We coordinate export arrangements for agreed botanical orders from Nigeria, with particular attention to the product form, shipment quantity, destination and buyer’s documentation requirements.

• Coordination of product preparation and packaging as agreed
• Air-cargo and forwarding arrangements where applicable
• Coordination of available export and shipment documents
• Communication on shipment milestones and destination-airport arrival

Delivery terms

Each quotation will identify the agreed delivery basis and the costs included. Unless expressly stated otherwise, destination customs clearance, import duties and taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Before shipment

Buyers should confirm import admissibility, permits, labelling, customs requirements and any carrier restrictions for the specific botanical product before an order is finalised.
