Quality Assurance and Product Specifications

Product requirements differ by buyer, intended application and destination market. We therefore encourage buyers to provide clear specifications before an order is agreed.

Specification discussions

• Botanical name and plant part
• Whole, crushed, cut or powdered presentation
• Moisture, particle-size or other buyer-defined parameters
• Packaging and labelling requirements
• Quantity and delivery destination
• Any testing or documentation requested by the buyer

Samples and independent testing

Samples may be made available to prospective buyers for preliminary assessment. The buyer arranges and pays for its own testing and certificate of analysis, unless another arrangement is expressly agreed.

Regulatory responsibility

Buyers should independently verify applicable import rules, permitted uses, registration requirements and documentation in their destination markets. We do not claim any certification, laboratory accreditation or regulatory approval unless it is specifically provided and verified for the relevant product or consignment.
