Powder specification
Fine powder can be produced from the entire dried root or exclusively from root bark. Please state which material you require so the product description and quotation are aligned with your specification.
Supply and samples
Typical consignment capacity is approximately 500 kg to 1 tonne, with replenishment generally possible about every three months, subject to availability and confirmation at the time of order. Prospective buyers may request a sample. The buyer arranges its own testing and certificate of analysis where required.
Quotation and export terms
Quotations depend on the requested product form, quantity, destination and agreed delivery terms. Where an air-freight quotation is offered on a delivered-to-destination-airport basis, destination customs clearance, import duties and taxes are excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Importers are responsible for checking the botanical’s legal status, import permits, customs classification and suitability for their intended use in the destination country.
